Consultation Booked
When you arrive, our team will book your Nurse Practitioner consultation so your next step is already in place before your blood work is completed.
Your care begins by booking your in-person blood work appointment for $95. When you arrive, the remaining $555 for your assessment and consultation package is collected before your measurements and blood work are completed.

Your health and your needs can change over time. After your initial consultation, follow-up appointments are available based on your Nurse Practitioner’s recommendations and your individual needs.
These follow-up appointments give you the opportunity to review your progress, discuss any changes and make thoughtful adjustments to your care plan when needed.
There are no monthly or annual fees. Your care remains flexible and personalized, so you can return when you need continued support.
